Need additional custom status' in addition to Hire and Reject
I would like to be able to set a status for a Candidate and their association with a job opening. For example in my company, the recruiter associates the candidates to a Job Opening. Then I assess each candidate and will outright reject those who are a definite "No". As I go through each candidate that I think is worth interviewing, I would like to be able to set their status "Ok to Interview". If a candidate has made the first round of interviews I would like to set their status to "OK for 2nd Interview". I would like to continue with these status till we are done. Really what i am talking about is extending the Hire/Reject status you already have to other custom status that we need
