Need help from Zoho

I used to have a personal Zoho acct, but ended up being locked out, and didn't know how to contact a person I could communicate with about. Can someone here help me find out how to start all over - or how to re-access my previous acct? I don't want a business acct, but when I type zoho.com, it takes me directly to the business site.
