We have the recruitment team and hiring team. Once a resume is sourced

1. The recruitment team does the initial screening and if the resume is found correct would like the next level of screening to be done by the hiring team. What I have done is created another recruitment status on which a email is triggered whenever the status changes to action by hiring team. Will this be the way to implement a work flow among teams for screening.

2.  As of now the email is the link on which two teams will work. Is there a way to give a URL of the candidate directly in the mail so that it is easy for team to view candidate details. For e.g. can a url like  https://recruit.zoho.com/ats/Dashboard.do#ResumePage/78640000000056247 this be sent int the mail so that other teams directly view the data.

If this does not work does it mean that once a team gets a mail it has to search for the candidate using the details in the mail.
