Need option to see Mass Emails & Cadences in Gmail Outbox OR a dedicated Zoho Outbox

Hi everyone, 

Right now, when we send 1:1 emails from gmail (with gmail API connected to Zoho CRM), those emails appear both in gmail's sent folder and in Zoho CRM. That works well.

But when we send Mass Emails or Cadence emails form Zoho CRM, they are sent through Zoho's servers and do not appear in gmail's sent folder. They only show up in scattered places inside Zoho, usually under each individual contact record. 

This makes it much harder to track our work in a whole-picture way. Instead of being able to see everything we've sent in one place, we have to click into each contact record one by one just to confirm that an email went out. I've created reports to try to bring this information together, but still isn't very user-friendly and doesn't give the same quick visibility as an outbox. 

Feature request:
Please consider adding one of the following:

- The ability to automatically BCC all Zoho CRM mass emails and cadences so we can see them from our email's outbox
OR
- A dedicated Outbox inside Zoho CRM that consolidates all cadence emails, mass emails, and CRM-sent emails into one place for easy tracking. 

Either option would solve the visibility gap and give users a single, unified view of their outbound communication.

Question for the community: Has anyone found a good workaround for this in the meantime, aside from building reports? I'd love to hear how others are tracking mass emails and cadences in a more user-friendly way.
