You guys give us the ability to sync products/items from Zoho Books into Zoho CRM with the rates that were defined in 'items' in Books showing under the products module in CRM, which then is shown under the Account module in CRM as well. However for specific customers where a price list was setup in Zoho Books because they have unique rates for the same product/item, that rate is not shown under the account module for that specific customer in CRM. It is instead shown the rate defined in 'items' in Books. This makes the data shown under that customer's account page in CRM inaccurate because it will show the wrong rate (in Books, the rate in a customer's price list overwrites the rate defined under 'items').

You guys should adjust this so that the rates shown under each customers account page in CRM shows the rates defined in the customer's price list in Books if in fact there is a price list setup for that customer. If you don't, this leaves syncing the product information from Books to CRM useless for those that have setup price list for customers because we are unable to show the correct rate(s) for that customer.
