We have Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integrated and like many here, we have many situations in which we are dealing with the same contact for 10 different companies. Except as you know, Zoho does not support having the same contact associated with 10 companies (other than with a custom lookup field or module, which does not help here).

So my use case is I need to go to estimates/invoices for many different companies and send them to the same contact for approval...but Books won't let me. Because it will only let you email an estimate/invoice to a contact person for the account. That means I would have to enter the same person as a contact person for 10 different accounts - a recipe for disaster and confusion when it syncs back to CRM.

So in a nutshell we cannot have a contact associated with more than one company, but then Books stops me from a simple workaround of being able to go to the estimate, hit send, and manually type in an email address.
