Need to read a zoho sheet document on Excel

Need to read a zoho sheet document on Excel

I need to read a Zoho document on Excel and to have data updated currently. 
I've tried to use the HTML published version of the document

Same way I've used to do with Google docs, but it had not worked.
How could I have the data updated on Excel?
Is there a way to have the file published on a CSV format?
