Hi, I discovered I had a Zoho account that wasn't linked to an email address, or at least I thought it wasn't and decided to delete it. However it's also deleted my friends account which I helped her to set up a number of years ago. I think somehow my account was linked to hers?

I've tried to log into her email account and ask for password reset but it gives a message that the account is inactive.

What is the process for restoring the account and her emails?
