Need upgrading account

Hello,
I urgently need to upgrade our ZohoMail service by two new accounts. As I wrote in many emails sent to sales@zohocorp.com and payments@zohocorp.com, i can't buy it until You unlock the PayPal contract again (paypal told me to do so).

What can i do? Can You help me?
