Needed IP address for business.zoho.com to create custom login url

Needed IP address for business.zoho.com to create custom login url

Hello,
I want to create custom login for mail, but for that I have to point CNAME record to business.zoho.com. The problem is our registrar doesnt allow pointing to webaddress but only to IP address.
There is tools to find business.zoho.com IP address, but I am just wondering if can I do that and will pointing to IP address work?
