Neither sending nor receiving. Big issue since this morning...

I am trying to send some urgent emails from shashank@asatae.foundation

While it shows mail sent after clicking the Send button, the mail does not show in the recipient's inbox or even in the sent folder. It is also not receiving any emails either. Everything was fine till last night, now work is halted, please help soon!
