New account nughtmare

I hope this doesn't take a year to get answered.

I created a new account and entered a secondary email when creating it not realizing that this was a critical name to enter and impossible to change. well it wont let me delete it and I cannot change it and I cannot add it to my account now. I have tried everything and 5 frustrating wasted hours later nothing is working.

I have tried to delete the entire mess so I can start over but it wont let me do that either.

Its unfortunate as I thought a I found a friendly system to use for my email docs.
