The new 'Cost Per Hour' feature is great, so thank you. However, what we also need is the ability to create Profiles, such as a Project Manager, who can only see Budgets in terms of Hours, not Rates, For example, we need to empower our Project Managers to know when a project budget is going to overrun due to the number of hours being logged, but these Project Managers are not involved in the financial side of projects and do not need to see Revenue Margins etc.

Currently, the only way to achieve this is to set a Projects Budget type to 'Based on Task Hours' and the Billing Method to 'Based on Staff Hours' and then give the Project Manager access to the 'Project Budget', which means we lose all the Financial Budgeting capability. (We can of course temporarily switch the Budget settings on the Project, but that risks Users seeing financial details they shouldn't be seeing, plus the conversion of Budget Hours to Amounts doesn't work correctly).
