Dear Zoho,

first of all I would like to say that Zoho is a really great system.

However, it might be beneficial for both sides, if you included your real users when making new enhancments in the system, in order to see if the solution is really useful or if it could be done better.

Just a proposal, but I think it is worth of considering it.
