New mails unread with Mail plugin in Zoho CRM
Dear team,
We have the Mail plugin activated with Zoho CRM. We are linking it with Zoho Mail.
Since Monday, I am noticing the numbers that are showing up next to the Mail icon. This is a nice feature.
However, I have noticed that even though I have already read my emails on Zoho Mail, the numbers do not decrease in Zoho CRM. Does this mean I need to read my emails from my Contacts in Zoho CRM directly instead?
Any suggestion?
