I have spent over 2 hrs talking with support to find solutions but to no avail. Is anyone else having problems with the new platform?
We are experiencing this:
The old platform allowed in one action to notify interviews to the client, put on our schedule and send a detailed note to the candidate with pertinent interview information. The new platform sends a template (not editable) to the recruiter and does not send anything to the client nor give the option to send details to the candidate. Any other recruiter see how this not efficient and now takes 3 separate actions to notify clients/candidates and note in the system?
We skill market Hot candidates to our clients. Meaning, we send a note to say 20 of our construction companies highlighting a candidate to see if they want to schedule an interview. On the new platform we can not search and select companies by industry (though we have over 4K companies) and send a bulk email. Already limited to less than 250 emails a day, we now cannot even use the database of clients effectively.
The old platform had a API to plug in for posting jobs to our website. That has been removed and it is no longer easy to setup. Plus Glassdoor no longer works and applicants get a blank page when applying.
Who is deciding these changes, are they RECRUITERS? Because it looks like programmers are making changes and they have no idea how a recruiting desk is run.
However I will compliment, the new platform is cleaner, has some automatic updates that are effective and has a nice look. It just has service failures of some of the key actions recruiters use. Anyone else having challenges?
