New Publish to Website Feature is a bad User Experience Design!
Problem #1 If you are updating to your own website and no other job boards you should be able to do a mass update. A user should not have to individually publish each opening 1 by one if he/she is only posting to his own site.
Problem #2 In order to publish a job to your website you have to go through 3 button clicks..(Publish, Proceed and Finish) its necessary and excessive, especially when you have numerous positions to post considering you do not allow mass updates
