New Sync functionality does not Sync back Opt Out information from Campaign to Recruit
Some two weeks ago we were moved to the new Sync functionality. The new functionality offers an option to define a different Opt Out checkbox than the Email Opt Out. This is a good improvement since opting out from a Campaign Newsletter is not the same as opting out from personal email communication from Recruit. However, the functionality does not work. I have reported this 12 days ago. You took away the option to configure a separate field, but we have not seen any solution. I just tested to Opt Out again, expecting at least the Email Opt Out field to be in operation. It did not work.
What is the status now?
