I've set up a new user at my rodram.com domain but I'm not able to set up the account on a mobile phone.  I can't seem to figure out what the incoming and outgoing mail servers are.

The user can get into the Zoho webmail app using their [user name]@rodram.com and password but these credentials aren't working for the poppro.zoho.com incoming server or the smtp.zoho.com outgoing server.

Can you help?
