No answer from support, please verify domain.
I contacted support, and it's so odd, when I contacted Zoho support to ask about upgrading, they answered within minutes. When I asked about this problem, well into the next day and still no one has even replied to my email... it obviously has been overlooked.
Anyway, I followed your instructions on how to verify my domain, and it doesn't work. Maybe it's because you don't have the option to submit a site for verification without the www, as I don't use that as the main choice with my domain.
