No Bounce-back on Mass Mail

Hi, can you please confirm if I'm still correct. Z support told me that on the new version of recruit they no longer support bounce-back emails when we send a 'mass' mail.....

This is so frustrtaing if it is still the case...how can we send out emails to our client contacts and not be able to monitor bounce-backs? At the moment I am now having to potentially purchase other software to help me create a mail merge to look professional and send it from our Outlook or Mac mail.

Is anyone else having the same issue, and if so have they found a good solution for exporting the data and uploading in to another mail system that is quick and easy??
