So me and my team were testing unattended access out and sometimes have a couple of issues

One is not being able to control the remote computer, or more accurately the screen on the controlling computer doesn't update. I have noticed that whatever action was performed happens. The remote user just can't see it.

The other is the remote screen(controlling computer) sometimes just shows a black screen so you can't see anything.
