No display name in reply as delegate in a shared folder
When replying to an email located in a shared folder with write and delegate access, no display name is shown for the recipient, only the email address.
The display names have been changed in both accounts by going in Settings >
Access old version for
> Send Mail As > Edit. The pages have been refreshed, logged out and logged back in.
If replying from the account who owns the folder and from that folder, the display name shows correctly. If replying from a delegate account, only the email address is displayed, not the name.
Thank you for looking into this as any reply sent does not look professional. Logging into each account to reply just to see the name is overdoing it and not a solution.
