I saw a similar post to this but I too am not receiving emails from jagex/runescape. The emails stopped coming to my zoho account in July of 2020. Now I am urgently needed to receive a email from them because I have lost my account access which has 5 years of work on it. The only way to recover it is to get an email from them. Ive double checked they have the correct info . Something has changed at zoho and emails are not coming in. Yes I've checked blocked / spam settings. All of the obvious reasons are out which is why i'm making this post. Can anyone offer sound advice or help?
