I have an experiment running for five days. PageSense web analytics data shows the page is getting visitors, but the experiment data itself says zero visitors.

I am in trial mode, not sure if that's related.

A week ago, I contacted support through chat about a different issue with this experiment and received no acknowledgement or response.
