Hi,

I am running the zoho mobile app as well as the email on the mail client on my mac. there were no issues since the last 2 years but the last 10 days i havent been receiving any mail, the outgoing mail is working fine though.

Dont no the reason why suddenly the incoming mail would stop the the mac mail and android app.

Please help.
