No notification about google sheets export error
We use zoho forms with google sheets.
The main problem is the lack of error
notification .
It looks like :
1. User submits form
--smthing going wrong so that the zoho cant write submitted data to google sheets--
2. We recieve OK-email notification
3. User recieve OK-email notification
4. We dont see it in google sheet and don't recieve any worning notification about that. so we are losing orders and customers' trust
PS It is time for you start be attentive to customer issues. Personally, I am disappointed by the fact that over a long period of our cooperation, you have not fulfilled a single promise.
