No notifications or delayed notifications

I can't seem to find any support details anywhere but all of sudden Zoho Bookings has stopped sending notifications or they are extremely delayed in being sent. Also we have Bookings connected via Zoho Flow - these flow's do not seem to be working either. I am unable to find any way of raising a support ticket?
