I’ve been waiting for over 4 weeks for a response from Zoho and have not had any contact! I’ve made many calls to zoho and each time get told I will receive a call back within the same day - it never happens. 

Please be advised I will take this further with the appropriate channels and also share the terrible experience with the media.
