No support to me?

I sent 3 messages to support yesterday. I can not wait until monday for a solution as this CRM is useless to our company without mail integration. The main problem is the SENCOND PROBLEM, the gadget inside google mail is not working.

I have 2 problems configurating ZOHO with my google apps and google mail accounts.

1. I have followed the steps but not in order as ZOHO CRM didn´t appear in the google´s unversal nativation for hours. Now It shows, but when I try to access since the next user:  informes1@doyclases.com  the next message appears:

2. Then if I log in zoho independetely or if I delete    "&from=google" off the end  then I can access but THE GADGET INSIDE GMAIL DOESNT WORK, when I get a mail and I click the gadget to seachr for a enxisting entry this windows appears:

Please I need an inmediate solution as I am already paying for the service but I can not provide access to users inside my company to work with it. I have tried with this account (I am the administrator both in google apps and in ZOHO CRM) and I log in  into zoho but I got the same second window: INVALID PARAMETER DATA.

My availability if need remote access is from 6 AM to 4 PM, my time is GMT-5. AND WE WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SO I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR YOUR SOLUTION! You should provide support monday to sunday that is important.

UPDATE:Today I tried to log in with my admin account (this one) using the google´s universal navigation and I got this window:
