No unique email address known - work around ideas anyone?

No unique email address known - work around ideas anyone?

There are some instances where I need to put candidates in the database who do not have a unique email address (eg, they have come via a third party).  Does anyone have a work around to manage this as I obviously can't enter a candidate into Recruit unless they have a unique email address.
