No way to recover lost admin account name (xxx@domain.cl) if you forgot the account name itself

Hi folks,

I'm the manager for a Chilean-based radio station and we opened our Zoho email with the following domain: radioparati.cl I have the following email addresses as part of this domain hosted on Zoho mail: Gerencia@radioparati.cl Administracion@radioparati.cl direccion@radioparati.cl contacto@radioparati.cl But (and this is the urgent part), we have lost the admin email account name to log into Zoho mail admin panel and create more users or upgrade to paid email hosting.

There seems to be no way to recover your admin email account name (we absolutely forgot it) as there is no possiblity to have it sent to another email. This is troublesome and a headache.

I've already sent an email to support but have yet to hear from them. This is quite urgent as we intend to upgrade for more email accounts. Can I get some help via this forum?
