Non-Zoho users a part of organization (Bump for reply?)

Hi,

In the 'help' section under "Adding Users" it says that " You can also invite non-Zoho users to be a part of your organization. These invitees will receive invitations to their mails. They will be a part of your organization only if they accept the invitation. "

So I have invited non-Zoho users to be a part of my organization, but I'm running into a couple things that I don't know if they are by design or are not working correctly.

After I invite non-Zoho users and they accept the invitation to join the organization, I can see them in the User Details section of the admin control panel, but I cannot select them to add them to a group.  I have still have to manually type in the full email address.  I can select just fine the accounts that are email@organization.com , but the others I thought were now a part of the organization, because they "joined the organization," do not show up.  Is that by design?

Then I have some groups created and there are non-Zoho users in them. I set the access level to organization. So say I am a non-Zoho user who has accepted the invitation to join the organization and added into group1@organization.com . If I email group2@organization.com that has the 'organization' access level set on it, but I am not a member of that group the email goes to moderator review.  It seems like if you can have non-Zoho users be a part of your organization, then wouldn't that mean that setting organization access on the group would allow people who have accepted the join email to then email those groups?

Thanks in advance.
