Not able to receive mail but I am able to send mail

I am unable to receive any mail.

If I am trying to send any test mail from my account following is the error on the sender:

Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to Rajnish@colourmyspace.combecause the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

The response from the remote server was:

550 No Such User Here
