Not being able to receive some emails @royaltybd.com

Last few days we got lot of complaints that people are not being able to send us emails. Initially we thought it's with all the emails but later on found out that out of 23 email IDs couple of emails are working and rest aren't working.
Tested from another Gmail. It shows such issue - 


 
Your message wasn't delivered to blah blah @royaltybd.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
The response from the remote server was:

550 no such user blabla @royaltybd.com
