Hello,

gebuhrenfrei.com is a credit card product with online banking etc.

I am not receiving any emails from them to my domain ax24.net.

I contacted the gebuhrenfrei hotline many times and they say they can send me mails without any issues. But I do not receive any of their mails.

So it seems like the issue is on the zoho side.

How can it be fixed?

P.S. Spam folder checked, I did not have such issues with any other email partners before.
