Not receiving copy of email

Not receiving copy of email

I created a merged document through Zoho CRM. In step 3, I selected Merged to New/Distribute/Email to email the merged document. On the Email as Attachment screen, I entered information in the To, Subject and Message fields then selected the "Send a copy to me" checkbox. I clicked Send and received a message at the top of the screen stating the message was sent. I never received a copy of the email so I am not sure if the recipient actually received the email. Was a copy of the message supposed to be sent to the account email address? Please help!!!
