Not Receiving Email in Zoho Mail

Hello Zoho Team,
Hope you are doing well and safe!

We are not Receiving email in our zoho mail. email id is support@unisofttechnologystudio.com
Kindly look at this matter as without getting mail it is hard to keep track on projects! also i am attaching one screenshot here.

Also please let us know as this screen shot is showing no such user! but we are using the same mail from past 2 year. Please Note Recently We have transferred our domain from Go Daddy to Namecheap not sure if it is relevant
