Not receiving emails sent via AWS SES

Hi,

I have a web server that uses AWS SES to send emails to customers, however, when I send emails to my own email address (a contact support type of feature) they're not received (or at least 95% of the time). I've tested with multiple emails and they are received with my non-Zoho accounts, but not on my "contact-us" Zoho account.

I thought it might be hyperactive spam filtering but from my control panel there are no blacklisted domains/addresses nor any emails in quarantine and though there were some blacklisted SES email addresses in the settings of the email account, those were not the ones I've been having issues with and even if they were, they've now been removed with the problem still persisting.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. I wonder how many customers' emails I've missed because of this issue!

EDIT: For some reason this has been placed in the Zoho One category despite selecting Zoho Mail.
