Not receiving Mail verification code

Hello,

I would like to use Zoho Mail but cannot get past the first step - Add Mobile Number. The message says:
"One time password is sent to your mobile number. Kindly verify the code below."

I am not receiving a code either via text, SMS or the OneAuth app.

This seems to be an ongoing problem, can someone from Zoho please help?
