This indicates that the  specific email may be failing to relay from the sender’s server before reaching our mail servers (mx.zoho.in).
To move forward, we kindly request that you contact the sender (eci.gov.in) and ask them to provide the SMTP relay logs or delivery records for the affected emails. These logs will help verify whether the messages were successfully handed off to Zoho’s mail servers and clarify where the delivery is failing.
