Not retrieving POP mail prior to login

Up until recently, I would open Zoho and all my POP mail from other accounts would be waiting for me, Zoho even informed me how many new mails were in each account. Now when I log in, Zoho shows no new email. However, when I click on a specific POP account, the new mail slowly starts coming in. So now I need to click on every POP account every time I open Zoho. Is this an intended change? If not, how can I restore the process I once had?
