Hello,

we would welcome an option, when adding a note to a Candidate or a Contact, to be able to add it to multiple job openings. 

Many times the Caniddate is presented to more job openings. When we add a note concerning a communication with the Candidate associated to more job openings, we have to enter the same note multiple times to see the note also at the particular job opening. Each job opening = 1 entry.

It makes quite a mess in the candidate records and also requires multiple entry.
