Notification Problem After editing the Form

Hello guys, 

I need some help here, what we are trying to achieve is to get a notification when a user after sending a form inquiry and afterwards make some changes to it we will get notified.

What do we have?

1) Integrate form  (SUCCESSFUL)
2) Integrate Form -> Google Spreadsheets  (SUCCESSFUL)
3) Activate -> Response Settings (SUCCESSFUL)
4) Activate -> Mail Notification -> Include a link to allow respondents to edit their responses. (SUCCESSFUL)
5) User can edit their responses and the info is updated in contacts(SUCCESSFUL)

Now what are the issues?

1. We are automating things, like when someone sends a new form we will received a notification immediately to slack, trello and etc. But we also want to receive a notification when someone updates their response.


Is this even possible?
