Notify group of reply. Auto reply all or BCC

I've set up a group email address and added a few users. If one of the users replies to an incoming enquiry the other users need to be notified so that they don't duplicate the reply.

It works OK if the sender always hits the reply-all button but this isn't foolproof - can it be forced to reply all? It would also work if the email was set to auto BCC the group address but I cant see this option either.
