Numeric field as User Filter not working

I'm trying to use actual values of a numeric column called "Long-Term Debt" as a user filter (slider option) but the slider wouldn't show any values. Last week, I've walked Zoho Reports support through this problem via online chat but am yet to receive any response. Below are relevant screen grabs again for your reference.
