I am seeking guidance on a Zoho PEOPLE solution for timesheet approvals.
I am wondering if there is any way in which we can send a notification email to the approving individual that allows them to click on a button link in the email to APPROVE the timesheet details without having to login to Zoho PEOPLE client portal first. The approving individual will in fact be a client of the Zoho Licensee who has completed work for the client. Approval will then trigger raising of invoice to the client. Just needing to investigate feasibility of this as part of compiling a solution proposal for my own opportunity.
As PEOPLE works by default, the approver will receive a notification advising them of timesheets requiring their approval, but they must then log into Zoho PEOPLE portal in order to approve those timesheets. My client see this as being unnecessary and inefficient when all they wish to do is click a button that takes them to a web page that immediately approves or allows them to approve the said timesheet(s). I am not sure that this can even be done.
