Office Plug-in not working from Excel - No response on File/Open command

Office Plug-in not working from Excel - No response on File/Open command

I have an existing zoho sheet.  from excel, after login, open Zoho Sheet has no action/no response. Originally i received an error message.  But after several application restarts, no errors and no response.
