On Error: Meeting cannot be scheduled on expired timeline
If a meeting has happened in the past, yet the time of it changed, you cannot go back and edit as having occurred at a different time. In this case, there was a typo and the meeting had occurred at 10:30pm yet it was scheduled for 10:30am.
User should be able to adjust meetings which have occurred in the past to reflect actual time they occurred.
