I'd really appreciate your help.

I'm building a system, where I'm using Zoho Creator as a crm/spreadsheet to manage movements of inventory.

I have 3 "forms" or tables, where one is a main table for obersving status on all inventory, another is for inventory movements, where each line is a movement to a warehouse or client, and a third is for a special case of inventory movement, which is used for parsing into the 2nd table via workflow.

These 2 tables are fed information via Zoho Forms, where every form submission causes a movement and a line to be added in the general movements table, except that special case i mentined, where there are 2 movements happening simultaneously in one form. I'm using Workflow in zoho creator to take this double-movement line, and split it into 2 into the general movements table.

The issue - when i submit that form in Zoho Forms, a line is created in my special movements table as planned, but workflow doesnt split it into 2 lines into the other table. BUT - when I add a line manually to that table, it splits it!

Do you have any idea why this happens and if this can be fixed?
